Meet Chef Adriana
Born and raised in Sardinia Italy, Chef Adriana has always been fascinated with cooking. From the time that she could hold a pan she made her own lunch and dinner. Quality has always been the driving force. As a young adult, a visit to a restaurant became an opportunity to try to duplicate the dish.
Different paths in life took her in different directions and jobs as an artist and a gemologist.
She finally met the love of her life, her husband, a connoisseur of food. With all his support, she enrolled at The French Culinary Institute in NYC, getting a Grand Diplome in Classic Culinary Arts with Artisan Baking and Fundamentals of Wine.
Since then she has worked in a few restaurants.
While the experience was great, the expectations were few. She realized that what she wanted was to make high quality diverse foods, not quantities of the same menu every day. With that idea clearly fixed, The Chef's Table was created. Always focused on details, she wants to give her clients 100% of her passion.
Chef Adriana is also an advocate of helping the less fortunate. She volunteers her time at The Market Street Mission in Morristown NJ, baking desserts for the residents and teaching cooking classes.
